This Privacy Policy applies to HappyKidsFun and the Android app Kids Coloring Book: Paint Draw (com.happykidsfun.kidscoloringstudio).

Kids Coloring Book: Paint Draw is published on Google Play by ChiragVerse. The app and related HappyKidsFun services are operated for children and families under the HappyKidsFun and ChiragVerse names.

HappyKidsFun is designed for children and families. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible and keep coloring, drawing, and gameplay available without requiring a child account.

Kids Coloring Book: Paint Draw stores artwork drafts, saved artwork, coloring progress, tool settings, premium status, favorites, and app preferences on the device. This helps children continue coloring and helps parents restore premium access.

The app does not require children to create an account. Local artwork, drafts, and settings normally stay on the device unless the user chooses to share/export artwork or future cloud features are enabled by a parent.

For premium verification, our server may receive limited purchase data such as package name, product ID, purchase token, subscription status, order reference, timestamps, and technical request details needed to verify access with Google Play.

All premium purchases are for parents or legal guardians only and are protected by a parent gate in the app.

Android purchases for Kids Coloring Book: Paint Draw are handled by Google Play Billing. HappyKidsFun and ChiragVerse do not store full card numbers or payment credentials on our own servers.

When a Google Play purchase is made or restored, we may process purchase status, product ID, purchase token, subscription or lifetime entitlement status, order reference, and billing period dates needed to unlock premium features and support restore requests.

For HappyKidsFun web purchases, Paddle may process billing, receipts, taxes, renewals, refunds, and subscription management. Paddle acts as merchant of record for web premium transactions.

We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit names, home addresses, phone numbers, or payment details to play free games.

If a feature requires a parent email, purchase, refund request, or billing support, it is intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents should supervise any premium purchase or direct contact with us.

If you believe a child submitted personal information directly to us without parental involvement, email [email protected] and we will review and delete the information where appropriate.

HappyKidsFun uses essential browser or app storage so the website and app can remember gameplay progress, artwork drafts, settings, and premium access.

Optional analytics scripts are not loaded in this build of the website. The Android app may use Google Play services and standard store/billing diagnostics needed for purchases, app delivery, and crash or reliability information where provided by platform services.

Core gameplay storage and premium entitlement storage are needed for the service to function.

We use gameplay storage to save progress and settings, purchase data to unlock premium content, webhook data to update entitlements accurately, and contact emails to respond to parent support questions.

We do not sell children’s personal information and we do not use gameplay data for targeted advertising.

We share Android billing-related information with Google Play services as needed for purchase processing, subscription management, refunds, and restore verification.

We share web billing-related information with Paddle so payments, subscription renewals, taxes, refunds, and cancellation management work correctly.

We may also use infrastructure providers needed to host the site and keep it secure. Those providers may process limited technical information as part of hosting and delivery.

Gameplay data stays in local storage until it is cleared by the browser or by the user.

Support emails and billing records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, handle disputes, comply with tax and accounting obligations, enforce our terms, and maintain fraud prevention records.

Parents can decline analytics cookies, clear browser storage, cancel subscriptions through Paddle’s customer portal, and contact us to request help with billing or privacy questions.
