Creator Terms

You must own, manage, or have permission to submit the YouTube channel and videos you provide to KidsPlay.

Submitting a video does not transfer ownership to HappyKidsFun or KidsPlay.

KidsPlay uses official embedded YouTube playback for YouTube videos. We do not download, re-upload, modify, block ads, or claim creator videos as our own.

YouTube may show ads, enforce playback restrictions, count views, or limit embedded playback according to YouTube systems and policies.

Submitted videos must be safe for children and families. We may reject videos with scary, violent, adult, misleading, unsafe, or low-quality content.

KidsPlay is curated. Submission does not guarantee approval, placement, traffic, monetization, or continued availability.

We may approve, reject, remove, reorder, or recategorize videos for safety, legal, quality, technical, or parent-trust reasons.

If a video becomes unavailable or unembeddable, we may remove it from the KidsPlay catalog.
