About Animal World Adventure

Animal World Adventure teaches children animal names, the sounds they make and one memorable fact about each one. Animals are grouped into four worlds — Basic Animals from the farm and home, Wild Animals, Dinosaur World and Sea Animals — so a child who is fascinated by dinosaurs can go straight there without wading through everything else first.

Each animal card pairs a picture with its sound and a short fact: a cow says moo and gives us milk, a lion roars and is called the king of the jungle, a giraffe hums and has a very long neck. After learning a set, children move on to a matching round and then a quiz, which turns passive looking into active recall — the part that actually makes the names stick.

How to Play

  1. Choose a world: farm animals, wild animals, dinosaurs or sea life.
  2. Tap an animal to hear its sound and read its fact.
  3. Play the matching round to pair animals with their group.
  4. Finish with the quiz to check what you remember.

Which animals are free to explore?
The Basic Animals set is entirely free, and most of the Wild Animals set is too. A few animals including the bear, panda and fox are part of premium.
Does it play real animal sounds?
Each animal has its own sound cue and named call — moo, baa, roar, neigh — so children connect the animal to the noise it makes rather than just the picture.
Is it useful for a child who cannot read yet?
Yes. Everything is driven by pictures and sounds, so pre-readers can play the learning and matching rounds independently. The facts are there for an adult to read aloud.
